A loft style house with one single bed off the living area where a curtain can be drawn for privacy. There is another single bed and a queen bed located on the next level in 2 separate loft bedrooms, both rooms have access to the rear deck area and plunge pool. Access to the front deck & the roof top deck is through the queen room, this room also has a seating area.
Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen with bi-fold doors that open onto the front deck where you can sit and enjoy the ocean views. The kitchen also has bi-fold windows that open onto the front deck.
Some of the best features of this house are; the relaxed feel when you walk in the door, the ocean views from all 3 levels and also the ability to enjoy a beverage whilst relaxing in the private plunge pool.
This property is not suitable for young children as there are a lot of stairs and 1 steep set of internal stairs.
